Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Coaching, Consulting, Digital Products, and GPT/AI Tools

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handles refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for coaching services, consulting services, digital products, courses, and GPT/AI-based products.

By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Coaching & Consulting Services

2.1 No Refund Policy

All coaching and consulting fees are *non-refundable*. This includes:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Group coaching

  • Consulting packages

  • Strategy calls

  • Retainers

2.2 Session Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a session *at least 24 hours in advance*.

  • Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered *forfeited*.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.

2.3 Program Commitment

For multi-week or multi-month coaching programs:

  • Payments are binding.

  • Early termination does not qualify for refunds.

3. Digital Products (Templates, Courses, Prompt Packs, GPT Tools)

3.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads and AI tools, *no refunds* are provided for:

  • Courses

  • Templates

  • Prompt packs

  • GPT tools

  • E-books

  • Digital downloads

  • Membership content

 

3.2 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us at ceo@oneintheuniverse.in. We will verify the duplication and may issue a refund.

4. GPT/AI Product Purchases

4.1 Non-Refundable

All AI-based tools, GPT products, and AI automation systems are non-refundable.

4.2 Tool Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue:

  • We will assist in troubleshooting.

  • Refunds will *not* be issued if the issue is caused by third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI outages, API updates, browser issues).

5. Payment Plans

If you join a program or purchase a product using a payment plan:

  • All installments must be completed.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in removal from programs or revocation of product access.

  • Payment plan agreements cannot be canceled once initiated.

6. Cancelling Subscriptions or Memberships

If you purchase a subscription-based service:

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Previously paid subscription fees are *non-refundable*.

  • Cancellation stops *future* charges, not past ones.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Incorrect billing amounts

  • Technical errors preventing access even after troubleshooting

All exceptions are at the sole discretion of Venkat Murthy.
